Registered shareholders holding less than 2,100 shares prior to the Share Restructuring are entitled to cash proceeds of C$1.12 per share held immediately prior to the Share Restructuring. In order to receive cash proceeds, shareholders must complete the yellow letter of transmittal and return the letter of transmittal and their original share certificate by courier or mail to TSX Trust Company, Alvopetro’s transfer agent, at:
